You have to laugh! True to form, ezboard has deleted the topic a disenchanted customer started as I reported here.
Yes, try clicking the second link to “Worst Service Ever“:
“The post you selected no longer exists. It may have been recently deleted.”
You bet they want potential advertisers and investors to think the customer base is a happy one…

Not only was that post deleted, but now Alchy and I can’t access the Bug Center where this post was located. Alchy is the one that created the message, and I replied to it.
It’s just funny how some people can’t take any critism, and along the way, they avoid “freedom of speech”. They also locked our original thread about our board being erased.
How long will it take before I get globally banned?

Well let’s see:
1. Endured awful customer service? Check
2. Dared to complain about it? Check
3. Posted elsewhere on the subject? Check
4. Posted on ezDisasters? Check.
Oh dear! Yes, I’d expect a global ban from ezboard pretty soon: they’re petty like that and hate criticism.
They could always start performing the service properly and avoiding criticism that way, but then that would mean spending money and employing decent staff and management…
